Head Case

A patient known as John Doe awakens in a hospital with total amnesia. A visitor claiming to be his brother takes him for a walk, then pulls out a gun and says, "You can stop that amnesia routine now. I know who you are, and I know what you've done." John is plunged into a waking nightmare, and he enlists the help of private investigator Jessie Bales to help discover his true identity. But all she finds is a secret police file, a madman's diary, and a trail of mutilated bodies--leading her to suspect that John might really be a brutal killer.
