It also includes the significant High Court decision in Roadshow Films Pty Ltd v iiNet Ltd (2012) on the liability of Internet Service Providers for peer-to peer file sharing and the Full Federal Court decision in National Rugby League Investment Pty Ltd v Singtel Optus Pty Ltd (2012) on the "time shifting" of television programs. ; Changes introduced by the Intellectual Property Laws Amendment (Raising the Bar) Act 2012 (Cth) are considered in Intellectual Property (Ch 30), together with the copyright decisions in EMI Songs Australia Pty Ltd v Larrikin Music Publishing Pty Ltd (2011) and Telstra Corporation Ltd v Phone Directories Company Pty Ltd (2010); and the significant patent decision in Samsung Electronics Co Ltd v Apple Inc (2011). ; Restrictive Trade Practices (Ch 18) incorporates legislative amendments introduced by the Competition and Consumer Amendment Act (No 1) 2011 (Cth). ; Business Ethics (Ch 33) outlines the Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights endorsed by the United Nations Human Rights Council in July 2011. ; The 29th edition of Australian Commercial Law will include a completely new chapter on Employment Law (Ch 34)."
