Moreover, the collection boasts a large array of handmade artifacts and an impressive assortment of posters and publications documenting artistic activity in New York over the last three decades. The materials in this collection span the years from 1939 to 2004 with the bulk concentrating on the years 1970 to 2002. They consist of correspondence, memoranda, photographs, flyers, clippings, poetry, plays, essays, scripts, awards, posters, programs, videotapes, audiocassettes, artwork and artifacts. The folders are arranged alphabetically and the documents are arranged chronologically. The materials are in both Spanish and English."
