Prince Alamayu is been torn from his homeland in Africa and taken to England after his father dies at the hands of Queen Victoria's troops in 1868. He is taken to England and thrown into a harsh public school, where neither his friendship with Queen Victoria nor his brilliance on the sports field are enough to save him from the bullying he encounters.
