Story of John Marsden, author of teenage fiction. Marsden has started his own school, Candlebark, which opened in January 2006. The driving philosophy is that children should be adventurous academically, socially and physically. Candlebark is a powerful challenge to the theories of traditional education, and it is still controversial as to whether the school's approach works.
