  • "Papers of Michael Nolan, a researcher and Associate Producer for the Public Broadcasting Laboratory (PBL), a television experiment financed by the Ford Foundation and a part of National Educational Television (NET). PBL was broadcast live on Sunday nights to the 129 NET affiliated public television networks across the nation from November 1967 to April 1969. The papers consist of historical files, correspondence, research materials, program transcripts and press releases, employee information, policy manuals, and Nolan's personal files. Also included are NET/Ford Foundation materials including files of the Program Advisory Committee and the Editorial Policy Board; speeches and writings by Executive Producer/Director Av Westin, Executive Director Fred Bohen, McGeorge Bundy, and Fred Friendly; and news clippings."
