Dank der Hilfe der gutaussehenden Physikerin Monique Reynolds gelingt es Swift zunächst, seine Verfolger abzuhängen. Aber nicht nur das FBI, sondern auch ein russischer Söldner, dessen Auftraggeber sich nicht zu erkennen geben, will die Formel mit aller Macht in seinen Besitz bringen.
