Working with high risk students
The focus of this video is on ways of helping students to be more successful and staff to be less stressed. Often it is the relationship which creates the risk factors and this program sets down six principles which can be used improve these relationships. These are the use of supportive relationships, having a focus on assets and strengths, having clear and consistent boundaries, group participation and service, skill building and positive attitudes and beliefs.
