The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants

Bidget impulsively sets off for Alabama, wanting to confront her demons about her family and avoid them at the same time. But she can't keep the truth from the pants, which refuse to fit until she's looked at the truth - in all its faces. Carmen is concerned that her mother is making a fool of herself over a man. Carmen discovers that her mum borrowed the pants to wear on a date, she's certain of it. Tibby casts off the Wallman's smock and enrols in a college film program, making new friends and a movie she'd like to be proud of, while the pants keep alive the memory of a friend who had a gift for seeing beyond apperances. Lena has spent months hiding from love, only to find that she's at last ready to put on the pants and walk headlong into romance, letting them lead her where they will.
