It is 1905, and the Skinner family want to leave Goldfield, Nevada immediately to continue their journey to California. However, they find it very difficult to leave this town of immense greed at the height of the gold rush. It is apparent they have a calling from the Lord to remain for every act of kindness they perform, they find the ultimate reward in their faith in the Lord.
