The Mills bomb

Edward James Mills must prove his innocence In 1964, Professor Yur Kiktev, a Russian missile expert, had told the British Embassy that he was willing to defect. His price was one million dollars in bearer bonds, and the occasion, an international conference in Prague. But something went wrong - the Russians were informed, the Prague Conference postponed and Kiktev arrested. The bonds disappeared and Mills, the SIS courier in charge of their delivery, was convicted of theft. Now Mills' prison sentence is over, he's determined to uncover the truth. Followed by several government agencies, a pair of IRA killers and Gordon Liddell, a CIA agent in London, Mills must fight for his own life to solve this espionage enigma.
