What we heard survey and consultation findings for a Childhood Obesity Prevention Strategy
"The Nova Scotia Department of Health and Wellness (DHW), with input from many government and multi-sector stakeholders, is leading the development of a long-term, cross-government strategy to reduce childhood obesity and improve the health of children. DHW consulted broadly to gather input into a framework for the strategy. An online survey provided the opportunity for feedback from the public (933 respondents) and 44 individual and group consultations engaged a broad cross section of stakeholders"--Page 6.
