This report benchmarks British Columbia's performance against other jurisdictions nationally and internationally on measures of the economy, innovation, education, environment, health and society. Indicators used in the report reflect the most recent final data, usually for 2005. It includes comparisons to the states of Washington, Oregon and California and to the provinces of Alberta, Ontario and Quebec. It also includes supplemental international comparisons to the thirty member nations of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development.
