Jeremy Adams (ca. 1604-1683) immigrated to Cambridge, Massachusetts, in 1632. He migrated to Hartford, Connecticut, in 1636, and married Rebecca, widow of Samuel Grenhall, within a year or two. They had five children, ca. 1637-1645. Descendants listed lived in Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and elsewhere. The surname is spelled Adams and Addoms.
