A letter dated the 5th May, 1898, from Parkinson of Ralum, New Guinea, to Sir William MacGregor, Port Moresby, who was the Administrator of British New Guinea. The letter discusses the territorial boundaries between Great Britain and Germany in New Guinea, with the aim of establishing it as an imperial colony.
