Converge are to modern metal what the Ramones were to punk. Not that Converge rest on their laurels their album, Axe to Fall, was proclaimed by Decibel magazine as their best yet. All We Love We Leave Behind continues that development, while bringing to the foreground the amazing guitar of founding member Kurt Ballou, who is emerging as a true guitar god.
