It asked whether community mental health clients received more appropriate care and used fewer hospital resources following system enhancement funding. Two cohorts were followed over time. The 2001 cohort pre-dated funding changes and was followed for six years, from 2001 to 2007. The 2006 cohort post-dated funding enhancements and was followed for one year (until 2007)."--Summary of results."
