Disorders of speech and language such as articulation problems, stuttering, hearing problems, aphasia, cerebral palsy, mental retardation, voice disorders, cleft palate and cleft lip, emotional disturbances and related language disabilities are discussed in terms of etiology, prognosis, diagnosis, and suggestions for therapy.
