(title continues in author's hand: "touching money, mintes and bullion at free-staples"), prefaced by a manuscript dedication to "Sacred Majesty" (i.e. James I) and containing numerous corrections and annotations by the author. (3) is a manuscript consisting of a dedication to Sir George Calvert, dated May 1622, and commentary by Milles with the caption title "A marginall note vpon the worde (Almost) in the text of [th]e synopsis touchinge bullion, myntes and money at free-staples" (a reference to text on p. [5] of the printed work)"
