Also includes items created by the Peabody family; letters written by Una Hawthorne to Edith Emerson Forbes; correspondence pertaining to the upkeep of the Hawthorne graves and the John Haskins tomb; and a commonplace-book of Emma Perkins Forbes. A separate autograph collection contains letters written by William Allingham, Helen Allingham, Lady Ashburton, Alexander Ireland, Maxfield Parrish, Anne Ritchie, John Tyndall, Sir Francis Younghusband, and Lady Helen Younghusband, among others."
