Possible relatives, Peter and Johannes Kreider, arrived in September 1732 and settled near Michael in Perkiomen Township. Later, Michael went to Hatfield Township in Montgomery County where he worked as a blacksmith and owned a grist mill. He married a Catherine and had these children: John, Jacob, Abraham, Daniel, Catherine, Magdelena, David. Michael died in 1761.
