"Filmed in early 2005 at Vienna's famous Porgy & Bess jazz club, this concert features the inimitable Miroslav Vitous performing on bass. Insightful artist interviews are interwoven with the footage. Upon first arriving in New York in 1967, Vitous quickly became immersed in the music scene - playing with luminaries such as Charlie Mariano, Bob Brookmeyer, Stan Getz, Herbie Mann, Miles Davis, and Chick Corea. In 1970, together with Wayne Shorter and Joe Zawinul, he formed the supergroup Weather Report - and then later formed Miroslav Vitous Group before embarking on an equally successful solo career. This film captures a rare performance by the remarkable Miroslav Vitous."
