Greenpeace

Greenpeace was a group of people, who were interested in saving birds, fish and having a nuclear free environment. They purchased a 125-foot vessel and named it the "Rainbow Warrior." They also had another ship called the "Monitor." These vessels were registered in Canada and carried an international crew. They kept a film crew on board to record the things found, such as, incidental taking of mammals, birds, whaling and protesting nuclear blasts. This group rescued mammals and birds, protested the nuclear blasts, the use of nuclear power plants and nuclear ships in the seas. They also protested against the United States, the Russians, the Japanese, the Australians and/or any other country they feel were breaking their interests in peace.
