RSLP collection description

The description of collections is becoming increasingly important in the context of networked information services and is an important underpinning for developing a collective resource. This articles describes work undertaken as part of the RSLP Collection Description Programme with the aim of enabling all projects funded through the programme to describe collections in a consistent and machine readable way.
