Forever Fenway 75 years of Red Sox baseball

Fenway Park, opened on April 20, 1912, is the storied home of the Boston Red Sox, created in 1901. The Sox were a power early in the century, winning World Series titles in 1903, 1912, 1915, 1916, and 1918, and Fenway played host to numerous legendary players. Today, Fenway boasts the oldest hand-operated scoreboard in the majors, located in the Green Monster (the common name for the 37 ft. high left field wall). Combining historic photographs, newsreel footage, and film clips with reminiscences by former players, managers, journalists, and fans, this film presents the history of one of the most famous of baseball's 'green cathedrals.'
