Relations between metamorphism and magmatism near Cheticamp, Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia
Study concentrating on a little known region of the Cape Breton Highlands inan attempt to extract all possible information from the relations of granitoid and metamorphic rocks, particularly small scale relations inmetamorphic complexes. The study aimed to identify igneous and metamorphiccomponents of such complexes, and determine the relations between them, thenintegrate this information with previous studies to produce a more detailedand unified picture. Economic considerations are included, as well asreferences.
