A genealogical sketch of the descendants of Thomas Green[e] of Malden Mass

Thomas Green (ca. 1606-1667) probably emigrated from England, ca. 1635. He probably lived at Ipswich, Massachusetts, until 1649 or 1650, and then moved to Malden, Massachusetts. He was living at Malden by 1653. He and his wife, Elizabeth, had ten children, ca. 1628-1853. After Elizabeth's death, he married 2) Francis Cook, widow of Richard Cook. He died at Malden. Descendants listed, chiefly the male lines, lived in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey, Vermont, New York, and elsewhere. Descendants spelled their name Green or Greene.
