In the year 2021, no babies have been born for 26 years due to male infertility. Society is crumbling and giving way to strange faiths and cruelties: prison camps, mass organized euthanasia, and roving bands of thugs. An Oxford historian and cousin of the all-powerful Warden of England, is drawn into the plans of an unlikely group of revolutionaries.
