Shortly after Vavrince died in 1881 family immigrated to Texas. Family left from Bremen, Germany, almost two years after her younger brother, John and his family, had left Moravia. Her sister and brother-in-law, Jenovefa and Frank Kruppa, had also emigrated, and lived in the same log house or near by in Fayette County, Texas as did Frances Sumbera and her family when they first arrived. Brothers, Ludvik and Anton also immigrated to Texas. Johanna Mozisek married John Adamcik in 1882 at Bluff (Hostyn). John had left Moravia in 1860 with his parents, Frank and Rozella Janda Adamcik, when he was only a year old.
