Dilly. Includes a journal (circa 24 pages) kept by an unidentified member the family, traveling from Liverpool to New York, April 20-May 15, 1850. The journal describes wind and rain at beginning and end of the trip, in between calm sailing, but poor food, during which [Joseph S.] Clark, or possibly his father, performs work for the sailors, comments on sailors, children, and other passegers and passing ships. Also includes a small group of ephemera and other fragments.
