- "This World War II-era newsreel includes the following segments: 1. Many fighter airplanes in Alaska, a lend-lease shipment, are inspected and flown away by Russians. 2. German radio equipment and operators are captured by the Coast Guard on and near Greenland. 3. France joins the UN And Secretary of State Stettinius addresses the delegation. 4. The bombardment and occupation of Leyte; civilians return to their homes and welcome soldiers; children attend school. (10 minutes)."
