Stanton, a letter to W. P. Fessenden regarding the attack on Petersburg, and Gideon Welles' autographed manuscript recollections on the formation of Lincoln's cabinet. Accompanied by the gold pen used by Lincoln to sign the Emancipation Proclamation, with accompanying documentation."
