NYPD detective Andrew Jackson is the subject of an ongoing investigation by Internal Affairs. He's one bad decision away from losing his badge and possibly serving jail time when he's handed what could be the case to save his career. Bodies are popping up all over the city, and the only clues the police have to go on are the lotus flowers left behind at the scene of every crime and the tie that binds all the victims. They were all known criminals.
