The Bremen Town musicians
In this story, a donkey, a hound, a cat and a rooster, all who have become too old to be useful, leave home before their owners kill them. They decide to become musicians in the town of Bremen and when they arrive, their music scares away would-be robbers, leaving the town of Bremen thankful and affording the old animals a new home.
