The personal papers consist of photographs, clippings, oral histories, and tributes. The professional papers include correspondence and reports describing her labor activism and early career as a labor lawyer. Court records, correspondence, reports, opinions, decisions, etc., document her work as judge of the Family Court, and speeches, conference agendas, etc., attest to the national focus of her work as director of the Juvenile Justice Division of the Children's Defense Fund.
