"Main description: Der Verfasser widmet sich einem der umstrittensten Probleme des Allgemeinen Gleichbehandlungsgesetzes: dem Verhältnis zum arbeitsrechtlichen Bestandsschutz. Wo Änderungen notwendig sind, entwickelt er praxistaugliche Lösungsvorschläge; er belegt aber auch, dass wichtige Instrumente des Bestandsschutzes - wie etwa die Sozialauswahl - mit geringen Modifikationen den Anforderungen des Antidiskriminierungsrechts standhalten."
