- "This report examines the Melbourne Street to Home initiative There are two parts to this report. First, it compares the characteristics of the clients who came into the program in the first year (Cohort 1) with those who entered in the second year (Cohort 2). Second, the report examines the circumstances of people in Cohort 1 after 12 months. This report focuses on five aspects of the participants' lives: their housing situation 12 months after joining the program; their physical and mental health; any changes in their drug and alcohol use; their patterns of service usage; and any changes in their social networks."
