The court-martial of Lieutenant Henry Flipper
The story of Henry O. Flipper, the first black graduate of the U.S. Military Academy. In 1881, in Fort Davis, he was court-martialed for mishandling funds. In 1976 his name was finally cleared and he was given a belated honorable discharge and reburial with military honors.
