While there are a comprehensive number of scholarly books and papers on the market regarding PSTN migration technical issues, literature describing thoroughly how to manage the migration process economically is rare. This book reflects the current knowledge on the challenges of migrating customers from the old PSTN network to an All IP infrastructure. This PSTN migration blueprint, developed with two countries Hrvatski Telekom (HT) and Makedonski Telekom (MKT), comprises new conceptual approaches and best practices in order to ensure knowledge transfer within the DT Group.
