Descartes his moral philosophy and psychology

http://schema.org/description

  • "This volume presents material, most of it for the first time in English, that is requisite for any study of Descartes' moral philosophy and psychology. Descartes' reflections on moral philosophy and psychology were largely developed in correspondence with Princess Elisabeth (of Bohemia), Queen Christina (of Sweden), and Pierre Chanut (French Ambassador to Sweden). The portion of that correspondence dealing with moral philosophy and psychology thus constitutes the core of the present volume. I have also included the preface to the French version of Descartes' Principles of Philosophy. The Preface contains his views on education."
