The Sea Change

Four people's story: a playwright of sixty-one, his younger wife who is unable to forget the death of her child, a young man whose devotion to the playwright is excessive, and an unsophisticated girl, the playwright's secretary. From London to New York to a Greek island via Athens, the characters relate their different points of view and the discoveries they make about themselves and each other are revealed. With each revelation, the four are faced with a dramatic shock leading to a disturbing conclusion.
