Interim report on the water resources of Alachua, Bradford, Clay and Union Counties, Fla
During the period 1954-57, many lakes in Alachua, Bradford, Clay and Union Counties receded at rates that were alarming to residents. This concern focused attention on the need for an investigation to learn why the recession occurred and what could be done about it. This report summarizes and interprets the basic data collected during the first two years of investigation.
