Super Gran at the circus
The circus has come to town but things are fairly quiet in Chisleton; until the Scunner's life-long dream of becoming an ace pilot becomes a reality and he joins up with the RAF. Life in the forces is very different from the old films he's been watching on television. Escape seems impossible until an old partner in crime needs his services to prevent Super Gran from turning Scousy's Circus into a success. As the show goes on, Super Gran is flying high on the trapeze - but does she know the rope holding the safety net has been cut? Can she save the circus, and save herself?
