The National Energy Board (NEB) is an independent tribunal with responsibilities for regulating the oil, gas, and electricity industries. This document presents data on the issue of the abandonment order that required Yukon Pipeline to perform various activities with regard to the abandonment of the above-grade pipeline known as Canol No. 2 from Whitehorse, Yukon to Skagway, Alaska. Remediation of contamination along the Pipeline Right of Way at the Carcross Station and the Tank Farm in Alaska was a major issue.--Document.
