Tiernan (Director, Judge Advocate Division, Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps). Five additional individuals, including the Hon. Robinson O. Everett, (Chief Judge, Court of Military Appeals), made statements on the second day of the hearings. No further action was taken on this bill.
