In the NOM, as Queen Sara leaves for Westwood to be Mayor for a day, King Friday announces that two clowns will be visiting the Neighborhood for the day. The King admits to Prince Tuesday that he is jealous of the Queen because she looks different and will be doing important work. In Westwood, as Mayor Sara is giving a radio speech on the League of Neighborhoods, she is interrupted by two clowns looking for the NOM. She invites them to sing on the radio, then decides that she wants to be Queen for only half a day. Queen Maggie agrees that half a day is enough for her as well. Mr. Rogers talks about being happy in one's own job and liking oneself. Mr. McFeely and Mr. Rogers compare two different strudels.
