"Ancestry and relatives of Imogen Southerland Voorhees. She was born in 1868 in Tennessee, the daughter of James and Imogen Latham Southerland. She married Edward Kinsey Voorhees, son of Ellison and Eugenia Boyd Voorhees, at Memphis, Tennessee, in 1893. Her father, James Southerland (1834-1875), was born in Tennessee, the son of James Llewelyn Southerland (1792-1873) and Martha Eliza Reeves Southerland (1810-1855). He married Imogen Latham (1846-1920), daughter of Francis Stanton Latham (1808-1880) and Jane Catherine Smith Latham (1818-1901) in 1867. They had four children, 1868-1875."@en
