Collection includes biographical information, diaries and notebooks, correspondence (1943-2009), public service work, including George Willoughby's work with Civilian Public Service, the War Relocation Authority (1943-1946) and the American Friends Service Committee (1946-1956); work with Quaker projects including A Quaker Action Group, and Movement for a New Society, Pendle Hill and various Quaker meetings; civil disobedience actions; the Delaware Valley Land Trust (1975-1994), travel diaries and notes, many to India; and reference materials. Audiovisual materials include: audiocassettes and audiotapes (reel-to-reel), photographs, and slides. Also includes a scrapbook of newsclippings regarding the Golden Rule voyage.
