Warner Brothers, RCA and NBC present instantaneous large screen television

Live, closed circuit telecast originating at the NBC studios in Rockefeller Center and telecast to the new Warner Theater on Broadway. The first demonstration of RCA's instantaneous, big screen television is presented on the 25th anniversary of the introduction of talking pictures and in celebration of the Warner Theater's opening. First, Ben Grauer introduces RCA President Frank M. Folsom and Warner Brothers Vice-President Major Albert Warner. The two men discuss this historic occasion and the combined efforts of RCA and Warner Brothers. Next, Grauer briefly talks with actor Dennis Morgan. Grauer then talks with Danny Thomas and Patricia Hitchcock, Alfred's daughter. (Strangers on a train is the film playing at the Warner Theater; this telecast precedes the screening of the film.) The Norman Ferris Trio plays a number. Then, Grauer, Thomas, Hitchcock tour the TV studio. Dennis Morgan sings Mine alone. The studio tour continues with a look at the control room. ... cont.
