When a routine traffic stop results in a horrific accident and the deaths of five teen suspects, Sherriff Bill Gastner uses all of his resources to investigate the scene. - "Posadas County, New Mexico, hugging the San Cristobal mountains separating it from Mexico, has very few mean streets.
